All komponents in the Olsen370 are infused with epoxy.
All infused parts are postcured in an owen - 16 hours @ 60°C.
SUPPORT STRUCTURE MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS
The internal structure and stringers are made of a homogenious epoxy/glass laminate.
Outside above waterline the boat is spray painted with PU paint from Awlgrip.
KEEL FIN IN CASTED STEEL
The bolted keel concist of a lead torpedo mounted on a glass covered casted steel fin.
Little skeg in front of the rudder to insure:
Less tendency to turbulens by big heel angel.
They steering wheel will stay neutral on its own during engine.
FOLDING SEATS IN COCKPIT
In both sides folding seats are mounted. They can be positioned for or aft depending on the position of the helmsman. They can also be stoved away to give plenty of space in standing position.
SUN BED IN COCKPIT
The 2 m long cockpit lockers can be folded towards centerline to form a sun bed of 2 x 1,6 m.
The elegant coachroof can be raised electrically approx. 20 cm to give 183 cm headroom. A nice feature in harbour.
DIFUS COVER OF THE TOILET
The top part of the toilet/bath bulkhead is made of froozen acrylic to optain a visual light structure.
NO MAST BULKHEAD
To optain lots of space visually, no mast bulkhead has been placed. The effect is quite dramatic.
